Jayden Brits
Children’s Stories, Below kneeJayden Brits is a three year old boy who lost one of his limbs due to Amnion Band Constriction Syndrome. As an active child, he wasn’t able to walk or do other normal activities other children his age do such as walking, climbing and running.
Jayden felt unsure and nervous when he first started using his prosthetic limb; however, now he is running, jumping and playing with his brother. He has benefitted from his prosthetic limb and does not take it off unless he has to. These are the joys of our profession!
